Blue Waters Holiday Cottage in Cornwall booking policy is as follows:-

Deposit: 25% of total booking is required to secure your stay
Balance: Payable 28 days before holiday
Payments: Bank Transfer to Mrs D Kendall - SANTANDER - SORT CODE 09-01-29 - ACCOUNT 33904960
Refunds/Cancellations: Please contact the property manager who would be happy to discuss this with you.
Unfortunately no pets allowed
This is a no smoking property
Arrival Time: after 4pm
Departure Time: by 10am
Changeover Day: Saturday
All electricity and heating is included
